My blog highlights some of my past experiences in travel from 1978 to the present. Some of the photos are scanned slides particularly the ones of Africa. The balance were taken with my Nikon digital camera and a variety of lenses. Enjoy all you see and comments are welcome.

For your next assignment, take a trip to the Bronx Zoo. You've got this wild animal thing down pat. These are really good photos!

Leigh is funny, in above comments. Looking through these shots, it's almost like a travelogue. You appear to be so close to the animals, it is great safari photography. It would be fun to go on a trip like this someday. Maybe we can do this although as I said before, it might not be the same, with all the commercialization that has taken place. You were lucky enough to see the jungles and african planes at a time when it was almost "unspoiled."
